Welcome to Tuesday. We’ve got sunshine for the moment. Mom just finished hanging a load of clothes and has another in the wash. The weather forecast is calling for scattered thunderstorms again. We should have enough time and sun to dry things before we have to worry.
In the meantime, I’m looking up body bags on Amazon. Don’t ask.
Brian’s traveling family made it back last night. From what we’ve heard, the entire week was terrible. After spending a couple of hours helping Brian’s uncle a couple of weeks ago, I can’t imagine traveling with him. I certainly couldn’t handle a road trip with him. If they didn’t need to do a vehicle swap at his house, I think Brian’s father would have just kicked Uncle out of the truck in the driveway and sped off.
I think the plan for today is more of the usual. Since the heat isn’t super brutal yet, I’m going to do a morning workout. I predict Brian’s mom will invite us over for dinner, because she’s going to want to rant about the trip.
Maybe they’ll have some fresh yankee seafood for dinner.
