Make Tuesdays Great Again

Tuesday: Monday, Part II.

As expected, yesterday was very slow due to the holiday. I expect that today will make up for that. BossRPh texted last night to tell us we should expect A VISIT today. It’s always “A VISIT”, never just “a visit”. Management runs around like headless chickens trying to make things perfect for a bunch of people who probably don’t care anywhere near as much as we give them credit for. Meanwhile, our 60 year old building smells like sour milk in the summer and can’t have a toilet that functions for more than 3 months.

Priorities.

But, I only need to deal with today and tomorrow, then we’ve got a day off. Yesterday, I realised we’d picked this Thursday as a day off because he’s got his monthly meetup with his PO. We figured we’d pick that day, since I’d have to leave work early anyway so he could be there on time. However, that’s only an hour out of the day.

It’s an entire day out of work.

I’ll take it as a win.
