Good morning, world. We’re up and about. The forecast predicts we’ll be above freezing. Not a whole lot, but a couple of degrees still offers some melt potential.
As planned, I spent yesterday afternoon scheduling upcoming content. I started pretty much as soon as Shawshank left for work, and kept going until dinner was ready. While I didn’t get to all the pics, I think I managed to schedule about a third of them. Since they’re all of the very basic “cheesecake”, I don’t need to worry about them clashing with whatever other content they might end up scheduled with. I try to post at least one thing daily that my lowest tier can access, and this batch is perfect for that sort of thing.
After dinner, I took a break, pulled out the light and tripod, and played Slay the Spire on TikTok. I was particularly social, for a change. It helps when everyone else is chatty as well. I also made some alterations to a plaid skirt I bought a couple of weeks ago. Someone, I don’t know who, made a terrible design choice and sewed down the pleats. The whole thing looked bad. It’s supposed to sit at your natural waistline, but the combination of the wide panel making up the waistband plus the tacked down pleats made the entire skirt look badly shaped. I have yet to try the skirt on since I made the changes, but I think it looks loads better on the dress form.
I don’t know what I want to do today. I’ll figure it out eventually.
