WP Writing Prompt of the Day: What are five simple exercises to do at home?
Pretty much anything you can do in a gym can be done at home. If you have shoes, you can walk and run. You can do it without shoes as well, but that’s a choice (ask me about my barefoot half!). Get a 20lb kettlebell (or just a fat and tolerant cat) and unlock ✨The World of Weights✨. With just one piece of equipment, you can work:
- arms: all manner of curls and lifts
- legs: lunges and calf raises
- abs and core
- dat ass
It’s morning. It’s gray. It’s ✨Wednesday✨.
We enjoyed another nice day off. Shawshank‘s mom texted us with updates on his dad and filled us in on her plans for the day. We wasted the morning, had lunch, and played some games all afternoon. After confirming his mom had left town, we drove over to Shady Acres and loaded up the truck for the next transfer. We dropped things off, then headed off to the secondhand shop. Shawshank found a nice dress shirt and a game, and I found a sweater and a pretty skirt, and a vampire cape. We gamed until dinner time.
Today starts yet another longer work week. It’s the last day of the pay period, and I’m hoping I can make some cash. I’m gearing up for spooky season.
