That’s a nice way of putting it.

Morning, my lovelies. It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood. I’ve already cleaned up two cat messes.

Yesterday, Mom and I did the food shopping before lunchtime. We didn’t need too much, mostly just lunch food and snacks, and stuff for tomorrow’s cookout. She said there was a little boy there, maybe about 7 or 8, who was staring at me and looked absolutely horrified.

Aside from the shopping, we did nothing. I brought the giant litter box outside and gave it a proper scrub out. I forced myself to take a break from poi. My shoulders were really sore. They’re still pretty sore today, but it’s stiffness more than anything.

I don’t think they have anything planned for today. Brian was up before sunrise and is sound asleep in the recliner again. He might mow the front yard. Maybe Mom and I can finally finish “Sweet Tooth“. I’m going to skip afternoon poi, but we’ll see how I feel later tonight.

Oh well. Happy Saturday. Let the weekend begin.
