Rev me up rev me up, my little buttercup

Mornin’, folks. It’s gray -again – and still cold. I think I should get used to this. It’s winter in New England, after all.

Yesterday, I spent an hour or so helping Shawshank set up a better catalog system for work. He showed the BossLady and she really liked it. It looks light years more professional than her current system. They currently have a whole four items in the catalog, but Shawshank will add more items every day. Eventually it will completely replace what they have.

I think I have a couple of episodes of Bridgerton to finish up the series today. I watched a couple of episodes yesterday afternoon, while I wasn’t long-distance tech support. It’s essentially Days of Our Lives with corsets and crinolines. I’ll go back to Ozark, Breaking Bad, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer later. Stuff will hour-long episodes is great when I do the laundry. Put the clothes in the wash, watch an episode, put the stuff in the dryer, watch another episode, laundry is done.

Unless you need to take a break because your cat has decided to pop into the space between the wall and the bathtub like it’s a fucking portal to Narnia. Yeah. That’s a thing I have to deal with now, because of course it is. Obviously, now I can’t sell the house without worrying that I’ll be forced to open up a century’s worth of horsehair plaster walls because my cat is a fucking dipshit.

I also left the house yesterday, for the first time since Saturday. Today is trash day, so I took the trash to the curb last night. Thus, I left the house.

Technically.

I have to leave the house today as well. As in, actually step off the property. I want to buy some healthy snacks, and I need to go to the post office. Both of those excursions require proper clothing. It’s a good thing I did some laundry yesterday.

I don’t have a workout planned after yesterday’s hour of fun with the kettlebells. My only job to do here at home is cleaning the kitchen counter top. For now, I think I should post this and take off. I’ve assumed human form, the sun came out, I think it’s time to run my errands before lunch time.
