Tuesday

Greetings from Tuesday morning. I’m up, coffee has been consumed, and I’m able to form coherent thoughts, if nothing else.

Aside from a shitty sleep on Sunday night, it’s been a decent couple of days. There was some anxiety in the morning, related to the bad sleep, but I talked about it, got assurances my anxiety was unfounded, and felt somewhat better. My shift yesterday was pretty easy, with just enough work to keep busy without struggling to keep up. I made good time to pick him up at therapy after work, and didn’t have to wait too long for him.

He’s trying to keep optimistic about what’s happening, and scheduled an appointment for the middle of next month – two weeks after his next legal hurdle. I’ve got an easy few weeks coming, with a day off this week, two days off next, and three days off the week after. My boss asked if I wanted that many. I told her I’ll fill the days with workouts to burn off all the anxiety related to this legal bullshit.
