Good morning, y’all, we’ve got yet another sunny day up here in the grass. I can’t tell if we’re in a bank of morning fog or if the haze started early. Regardless, the sun is orange this morning. I’m sure if we’re not already under an air quality alert, we probably will be.
We had a lazy day yesterday. Not the most lazy – that might be tomorrow – but lazy enough. I did my makeup, put on some clothes, and we drove out to Slightly BiggerTown. It was a very quick trip, since we only needed two things (and lunch). We left there with three, after Shawshank suggested we stop at the grocery store for hot dog buns for dinner.
Mostly, though, we gamed, with Shawshank playing Tears of The Kingdom and me on Witcher 3 again. The two of us are exploring our respective little worlds. He found some shrines, and I picked up a couple of random quests, and found a few areas I hadn’t already explored. I’m sure there’s probably more out there.
Shawshank is grilling at Shady Acres today. We might be picking apples as well, depending on how ripe they are. Once I put some clothes on, I’ll probably start working on another pair or two of pants. Thinking about it now, as Shawshank starts the laundry, I should have worked on some tablecloth pants yesterday so they could be put in today’s wash.
