Good morning, my lovelies. It’s Tuesday. I’m working with StressedRPh, and I’m going in early. For those of you who are essential, like me, I raise my coffee cup in your direction.
My paycheck was deposited at some point overnight so I worked on the monthly budget this morning. After almost two months on a single paycheck, so far, so good. I could tighten things up a bit when it comes to extras, such as what I might get at work. However, right now, I’m doing pretty damned well keeping to things as I planned.
I messaged Shawshank‘s mom last night, just to let her know about his court appearance this morning. As long as nothing really unexpected happens, he won’t be calling until after dinner. That’s not going to stop my anxiety from going a bit haywire all day; however, I’d much rather deal with some mild anxiety while I wonder what’s up, rather than damned near having a heart attack if I see a missed call from him, and the resulting craziness for the rest of my shift.
Right now, I need to start getting ready for work. It’s going to be a long day, I can feel it, so let’s jump right in.
