We’re back to this bullshit again: Podrick has been an asshole since dawn, Shawshank is at Irritation Level 5, and I’m anxious because I can’t make everyone get along. All those words to say it’s fucking Monday again.
We had a very nice, lazy Sunday. Shawshank started playing Saints Row IV before brunch, I played for a little while while he cooked for us, then let him play for the rest of the afternoon. By the time we left for Shady Acres, he’d hit the point where his character upgrades were really kicking in and things were becoming easier. Shawshank helped fix his parents’ Roku and cleaned their pellet stove, I played the game for a bit while we were there. I relinquished the controller once we were back home, and watched him play for the rest of the night.
I managed to get some magnetic lash glue ordered before I got too lazy. I also ordered a new power cord for my laptop, and a fancy new phone holder that works like our magnifying craft light. Things should be here sometime next week.
With last week’s emergency schedule change, we’re working straight through the week. Will we make it?
