Hello! Good morning, and greetings from a rainy and wet TinyTown. The forecast said we should expect some rain, and I guess they were actually right. I woke up right around the time my playlist ended. As a result, I laid there for a little bit, wondering if it was playing some particularly quiet stuff, or if it was actually silent. I vaguely remember wondering if I had set the playlist to repeat before I fell asleep last night. I probably should have checked.
Shawshank has today off and just fired up Tears of the Kingdom for the first time. I’m glad we didn’t go with the plan to drive into the city, because I’m seeing videos of lines and I was not expecting a return to the days of Warcraft expansion midnight-release crowds. I really would have been upset if we drove out there for nothing. I’ll get my turn this afternoon.
Later this morning, we’re going out to Slightly BiggerTown. We have a few stops to hit while we’re there: groceries, fabric shop, thrift shop, and discount store. Then, maybe we’ll make a quick run into the dispo for a cart (mine probably won’t last through next week), before we finally grab lunch on the way out of town.
