I did a workout. It wasn’t a long one, only 35 minutes.
But I did it.
Do I feel better for it? Maybe. For the moment, I’m ok, and I know that my sanity will be better for it. At least the little voice that says stuff like “step away from the peanut butter and eat a yogurt, fat ass” will be quiet for the day.
Will it keep me from slapping the shit out of my boss? That remains to be seen.
