At least I’ll be busy

Welcome to the weekend. I had plans for yesterday, but things were scrapped and then shuffled a bit.

Initially, I planned to return some taxidermy to my aunt, trade in the last Lego, do some laundry and grocery shopping, and bring some things out to the curb. I sent my aunt a message in the morning, expecting to hear something quickly enough while I did other morning things. However, after a few hours without a reply, I figured she wasn’t home. I ate lunch and left the house for an afternoon of errands.

My first stop was up to the Lego shop where I sold the last of the minifigs. Then I quickly hopped over to the craft store for a few more wreath bases. While I was in the craft store, my aunt finally replied. I left the craft store, loaded a bunch of dead animals into the truck, and headed out again. By the time I returned to the house, it was nearly dinner time, and pretty much nothing I wanted to do was done.

But it’s the weekend, right?

Yay weekend! Do your chores on the weekend, chicky! It’s not like you’ll be watching THE BIG GAME, right?

Sadly, we’re expecting another snowstorm tomorrow. This one has the potential to be worse than last week’s storm, depending on how it tracks. Unfortunately, tomorrow’s events – weather and sportsball alike – will make any trip to the grocery store absolutely hellish today. I’ll have to suck it up and go out regardless.

So.

Today, I need to make up for yesterday’s lost time. I have to go out and buy what I need to buy, and do the laundry that I didn’t do. In addition to that stuff, I also need to do some more clearing. Ideally, I’d like to actually empty a couple of rooms. The upstairs bedrooms and the Pink Room are at a point where that is possible.

On top of that, today is a workout day.
