Good morning, world. It’s another cold one in the Great White North. Outside temp aside, it’s been a very typical morning here. I woke up slightly too warm. Eventually Podrick began doing Podrick things, and I reset my “go the fuck to sleep” guided relaxation, wishing I could sleep past 5:30am.
We had an ok Monday. Shawshank went to work about half an hour after I came out of the bedroom. I waited until the sun came up, put up a tripod in the living room, and broadcast the makeup/GRWM. As expected, it was pretty slow. No one wants to watch an old lady put on makeup.
I debated whether or not to log into Chaturbate for the afternoon. I wanted to stream, because Mondays are usually decent. At the same time, I didn’t want to haul everything out to set up if I wasn’t working a “full shift”. Additionally, I just raised my menu prices again – in some cases almost doubling them – and I was a little worried that I was overvaluing myself. I went with my idea of a casual stream: no extra lights, no wig, no outfit, just me in granny-panties and a tank top. Instead of being terrible, it was my best shift ever, bringing in about $30/hr.
Shawshank came home in the afternoon, meaning we could have a meal together and watch wrestling live. We had a fabulous dinner of veal and pasta and garlic bread. I multi-tasked, playing Saints Row: the Third on the Switch while we watched big meaty men slapping meat.
We’re back to a normal schedule today. Shawshank is working the closing shift, I’ll do my regular shift.
