TGIF, y’all. I’m up. This week has seen me waking up more than anything else. I can usually fall asleep again, but JFC, the number of times I actually wake up is impressive. This morning, I pulled the if I don’t look at the clock, this doesn’t count act. It worked at least twice.
I took a couple of hours to work on the hashtag tracker yesterday afternoon. The first thing we needed to do was get hashtags actually saving, which wasn’t too bad with a fresh chat and uploading the plugin file. The robot seems to perform better if I give it the file rather than copying and pasting the code, but the drawback is less questions answered by the high power bots. I’m still working on the graphing options, because I’m not really sure how to best spit out the data in a way that’s helpful.
Currently, I have it outputting total views and average engagement in a stacked bar graph, because that gives me enough info at a glance with what little info I’ve put into the database. I’m sure there are better options, I just need to do a little more research on it. Additionally, I need to do a big info dump into the database. This is just looking at six entries, one of which is a test entry that already skewed the graph overwhelmingly in favor of #clowngirls until I deleted that stat.
After dinner, I played some Slay the Spire and chatted on TikTok. I made about $3, but had fun chatting. The folks were social, and I was baked. That always makes for a good evening. I’m sure today will be similar.
