Hello, world. It’s a new day. The sun is rising on a changed world, and while today might be warmer than yesterday, none of us will be better off for it.
Yesterday was a day. We watched some of the inauguration, but I asked to turn it off when he started speaking. Instead, we watched YouTube. I imagine the next couple of days will be similar.
I watched Nat Geo after he left for work (watch as we DRAIN THE OCEAN), and numbly read the details of society’s collapse in real time. I made some chicken nuggets for dinner and streamed on TikTok. The regular crew was back in.
Shawshank has the next two days off. We’re going to do brunch and laundry and sloth things.
