Hello, people, and I hope this morning finds you alive and well. We’re up, and the cats are doing their things. There’s coffee.
Yesterday was nice. Once again, we planned everything perfectly. We finished all the main shopping before noon, and made it home by 1pm.
We stashed the groceries and ate lunch. Shawshank searched for something to watch, then gave up and took a nap. I edited some TikTok clips and scrolled on Reddit. Later, Shawshank made us a tasty dinner of fettuccine and veal cutlets. We also had some garlic bread sticks, but they didn’t cook all the way through. We saved them, with plans to stick them in the waffle iron at some point. As usual, we finished the night watching some “Antiques Roadshow”, The SAG awards, and silly videos.
Today is brunch day as well as chore day. I’m going to dress and put on my face and play some of my game while Shawshank cooks. We’re going over to Shady Acres for dinner tonight, but other than that trip out, we’ll be lumps in the house.
