Greetings and salutations, interweb. I’m up, you’re up, WE’RE ALL UP. I have sunshine and no rain. I had a little bit of difficulty getting to sleep, which seems to happen most when I miss the melatonin’s window of efficacy. My musical choices weren’t helping, and I was growing anxious, so I switched to a video instead. Fortunately, the video did the trick. I woke up around 6am to grab a throw blanket and went back to sleep.
Yesterday’s rain kept us inside most of the day. Mom and I watched some Netflix while the dryer ran. Everything cleared up, and the sun actually came out briefly after dinner. We’ve reverted back to our regularly scheduled Friday trip to the buffet. I can tell I’m still not 100% back to normal because I didn’t eat nearly as much sushi as I usually do.
However, I was feeling good enough to get outside with the balls. I had no spin time in about a week, and it was so good to get out there for a little while.
I believe today is supposed to be mostly clear. I should check the forecast and decide if I want to do some of my own laundry. However, we’re also going to Walmart, so that puts a bit of a kink in things. We’ll see what happens.
