Greetings and salutations, my bitches. It’s Friday, and the sun is up and shining in a cloudless sky. Will I leave the confines of these four walls? Perhaps. It might be more like just putting comfypants on and sitting in the yard for a bit of the old puff-puff-paint and -poi. We could go grocery shopping.
I can food shop in comfypants. Considering she shops at Walmart, regardless of which comfypants I wear, I could even be considered overdressed.
Due to yesterday’s rain, I wasn’t able to paint outside. There wasn’t a lot of rain, but the chairs were wet for most of the day. I spent the morning tracing lines onto paper. I managed to do the roof and a little bit of the siding on a house. However, I was trying to paint in the chair. I really shouldn’t try that, for a variety of reasons. Mom also had an appointment with the pain doctor, which was as pointless as the last three.
I finished the four seasons of Outlander I have access to on Netflix. I’ll watch the fifth season when I’m in Canada with Shawshank. Unfortunately, I won’t have time to reread the last book in the series before the new one is released in a couple of weeks, but I think I’ll manage. I’ve read the whole series a few times through. I know I’ve read the last one at least twice. I plan to order the newest for the Kindle, and that will be something to keep me occupied on my flight (along with the Switch, which I’ve loaded with the Amnesia collection).
But what am I binge-watching now?
Shawshank says power through the first season. Another friend says “watch the first and last episodes of season 1 and skip everything else and go right to season 2”. All I know if that I was either not high enough for John de Lancie, or too high for him. I made it through about 20 minutes before I was falling asleep. On top of that, I didn’t absorb any of what was happening in the show, so I should probably start over from the beginning of the episode.
Ok. Let’s go do some human things.
