Good morning, world. We’ve got snow. Not much, just a skiff, but it was enough to count as snow. Is this snow #3 on the crows’ backs? Who can tell.
Yesterday was a typical day, and I assumed a human form and puttered until lunch. Shawshank and I ate and watched the news. I was very proud of myself for putting on real clothes before noon. I shouldn’t be; I don’t see why I should be praised, even if it’s only praising myself, for doing the bare minimum expected of a human being. Later, I streamed some afternoon spin time. For whatever reason, Spanish-speakers are very concerned about our TV.
The flakes are getting bigger.
I put rag curlers in my hair last night. There’s been a bunch of clips featuring vintage curler sets hitting the web over the last week or so, and my hair is getting long enough to play with. Normally, I use a hair straightener, but I tossed all of my hair things when I had a buzz cut. That’s ok, I can make rag curlers out of an old tee, and viola. However, with my hair still being short, I know it’s going to be absolutely wild when I remove the curlers. I’m going to look like a forest creature.
Today will be pretty similar to yesterday. I’m going to become a human and do human things. I’ll probably stream the afternoon spin time. Shawshank will come home after work, we’ll feed the cats, and then we’ll go out for our regular Friday date night.
