Good morning, world. You up? We’re up. We had cats in bed, Shawshank has cats on his legs, and I’m sure we’ll have them all over us today. The morning has been ok, thus far. I woke around the normal time, and used the time to edit content. The sun is up, blasting a big orange beam into the kitchen. Grab a mug, there’s coffee (but no sugar, sorry).
Yesterday was busier than usual for me. I spent much of the morning trying to figure out what was taking up all the disk space on our webhost. After some investigation and learning new unix commands, it turned out I had a cache plugin masquerading as a complete site backup. I dumped about 9.5gb of trash files. Once I deleted that, we were all good.
Shawshank left for work in the afternoon, and I waited for the cats to wander off to their nap spots so I could make some content. Once they were settled and safely out of frame, I shot some silly videos to do a “try on” haul with a bunch of Temu panties, as well as some smoking content. I spent the rest of the afternoon editing and uploading stuff to the spank bank. I streamed for a little while, made $6 in TikTok tips and another $12 in subscriptions.
Shawshank has today off. He’s going out to vote, and to grab us some dinner. It’s a lazy day.
