The snow started at about 8pm. I haven’t been outside yet, but it’s looking awful outside. As soon as I can finish posting, I have to shovel the deck and clear a path to the backdoor. Most importantly, I need to clean off and dig out the truck. At some point, I’ll text StressedRPh and ask if we can wear jeans today, since it’s supposed to snow all day. It sucks to clear your vehicles when you’re wearing your work scrubs. If you only get two sets, you don’t want one of them to be out of commission because it’s salty and wet.
Over the last couple of days, Shawshank went over a litany of things I should do before a snowstorm. Gas up the truck? Find the snow shovel? Hat and gloves? I had everything taken care of before he asked. I even brought the snow brush out of the truck. I can clear the snow off before I open the truck.
I went outside right before bed to sling some lights.
I really wish the snowflakes could have showed up in the video. However, it wasn’t a big, fluffy flake type of snow. I didn’t stay out for too long. While the wind wasn’t as bad as it is right now, I didn’t want to be out for more than few minutes. Instead, I had a good “one song spin session”.
StressedRPh just texted to say she made it to work. Roads are clear, but slow. Today’s workout: shoveling.
This is gonna suck.
But at least I can wear jeans.
