Hello, bitchbabies. We’re waking up on just this side of Tuesday. I’m impressed I woke up at a regular time; I stayed awake through the melatonin gummy’s activity window. When that happens, I may as well have just eaten a handful of gummy bears right before bed: all sugar, no sleep. I think it was about 2am when I finally went to sleep. Consequently, I have coffee and vape at the ready this morning. Neither is really helping.
Yesterday’s rain kept us inside for the day. We had some quiet thunder here and there, so I spent half the day with the Switch in my hands. Mom switched from daytime TV bullshit to Netflix after lunch. I went outside to spin after dinner, and that was ok. I had a good time out there. However, I usually go outside before the sun sets too much to focus my phone’s camera. Unfortunately, all the videos I shot last night sucked.
I want to do some laundry today as part of my current purge. I’m waiting to see what the local news says about the weather before I do anything. The sky is already doing that thing where it looks like one side of the house is a pleasant morning and the other side looks like an imminent storm. Mom heard thunder on her last trip outside for a smoke, but the report says it should be pretty clear and any rain will be very isolated, and the same tomorrow. I’ll probably use half the morning to sort clothes for laundry and bag what I want to donate before I leave here.
