Good morning, world. Happy Tuesday. Both kitties are curled on the couch beside me. Shawshank left this morning, and Pippin came in for snuggles. She quickly figured out that if she laid across my tits, I would scratch both her head and her butt simultaneously. When her appetite for scritchies was sated, she left me.
Monday was ok. I started the afternoon playing Echoes of Wisdom. The last time I played, I had just entered a dungeon room. An hour after picking up the controller, I’d only progressed by one room, so I switched games out of frustration. Shawshank came home in the afternoon and napped while I played some Slay the Spire. I finally managed to finish a standard run on the Switch. Until now I’ve finished runs on all my devices – Switch, laptop, and phone – but! the finish on the Switch didn’t count because it was a daily challenge, not a standard run.
Shawshank is doing the morning shift today. As long as neither of us decides to nap, we’ll be going out to the thrift store this afternoon. I’m on the hunt for the stuff to do a Miss Hannigan costume for Halloween, with a possible side quest into a Mrs. Roper costume if I can find/make a muumuu. The hair is on its way, leaving only a fancy glass and some accessories to find for both.
