engagement

engagement

Good morning, world. We’re up and about. I had a decent sleep the night before last, so naturally last night sucked. I woke up warm. It wasn’t nice.

I managed to do some worthless work yesterday. Now that this thing is tracking historic data properly, it can show me what’s still being pushed, what might be trending, and what’s flopped. The Engagement Score helps measure how well the content is performing based on two key factors: how much of the content people watch, and how many times the content has been viewed. If people watch more of the content, the score goes up. If it gets more views, the score also increases— but at a slower rate, because I know Fansly’s algorithm favors engagement over eyeballs. I had been working on a line graph showing weekly changes for the entry info page, but I didn’t like the way it looked. Once I actually have some historic data, I’m going to tweak the display and try it again. I also want to add some more data on the hashtag report card.

Unrelated to the plugin, I’ve got a little calculator form that lets me tally up views and gives me an average watch time for up to six months-

Because Fansly’s stats suck.

Unfortunately, I didn’t really do anything else. I went through my vault and copied almost all of my <10 second clips to one directory. Having all the promo media in one place makes it easier to schedule things. I scheduled about a week of things to drop daily for the next week or so. I just have to make some content today.
