Happy Saturday, world. From the looks of things, there’s a beautiful morning out there. I slept most of the way through the night, interrupted only once when Mal launched himself onto the stop of my tall dresser. I didn’t need to get out of bed to rescue him. Not bad.
We ran all over town yesterday. Mom needed to buy presents for the two birthday parties, and we couldn’t find the super fancy expensive bath wash she wanted to gift.
We returned home late in the day. I had some time to sit outside and paint for a bit. Yesterday’s project was another version of the Prudence Island light.
It’s ok. I see a lot of it that I don’t like.
Today is birthday party #2. This is a bigger party, so there will be more people.
Oh joy.
On a positive note, my new Chromebook will be here today. It’s out for 🚚 delivery. I’d love to have it show up before we leave in the afternoon. Unfortunately, I know this house is usually at the end of their route.
Mal is staring at me. I wonder why.
