Current forecast: snow and squats

It’s a damned cold day. I mean, it could be worse. It could be colder. It could be snowing.

Oh, wait, that’s later today.

Thankfully, there’s not a lot of snow accumulation in the forecast. Regardless, the threat of snow gives me an excuse to not hang with family for too long after the party.

“Nope, sorry, can’t stay, might snow, I need to go buy bread and milk.”

Yesterday was one of the first days, since our system upgrade, where things seemed to run pretty smoothly. I probably could have left early. However, I didn’t want to push my luck after already leaving early twice this week for appointments. StressedRPh wasn’t too awful to be with.

Very shortly, I’ll be heading upstairs for my workout. I’ll bring up my normal range of hydration options: a fresh cup of coffee, a liter of water, and a diet Mt Dew. Since I’ll have the morning to myself, I can do my longer workout. Because he has group tomorrow morning, I could, if I wanted, split it up between the two days. However, because I hate myself, I’ll probably do something long today and almost as long tomorrow.

If I do everything right, it will be rough walking around doing the food shopping tomorrow.
