Allo, everyone. Greetings from chilly Providence. There was no early morning text asking me to go in early, thus I got in a body-banging workout after the first commute. I’m a slightly sweaty chicky, forgoing a shower in favor of putting on the daily face.
I don’t care. Y’all can deal with my stank.
We had fill-in pharmacists at work over the last two days, and today is a StressedRPh shift. It’s going to suck. Nothing that she’ll have wanted done will be have gotten done, because what she’d have wanted done is pointless bullshit that doesn’t matter in the least and is only important to her. I’m incredibly happy that one of the first system updates next week is on a day I’ll be at court again. I don’t think I could handle her.
Since it’s Wednesday, it’s game night here at Chez Crystal. This is a new development, and was not my idea. Game night starts after dinner, which won’t give us enough time for a round of Talisman. I’m not sure if tonight’s game will consist of a few hands of Boss Monster, Uno, or mancala.
Plus, I still need to make him sit down and talk to his mother about the legal shit, which he hasn’t done yet. I should probably talk to my own mother a bit more than just sending her random memes, and fill her in on what’s happening. She won’t care what’s happening with him, but I’m sure she’d like to know what’s going on with me. Last night, when talking about the cold weather here and where she is in Florida, she made a comment about moving down south. I ignored it; it’s one of those things that’s not worth getting into.
