Bloodmoon, Crashing, and Uploading

Hello, world. It’s a new week. The sun is shining, and the temps are slowly rising. Yesterday, I noticed the snow under the pines has melted straight down to the grass. We should be nicely above freezing tomorrow, but I’m sure we’ll be hit with Second Winter next week.

We were sloths yesterday. I didn’t even put on pants. Shawshank pointed out his mother hadn’t texted about us going over for dinner, so we would be eating at home. He puttered with chores and made us brunch. I played Divinity: Original Sin 2 all afternoon. Things started off ok, but eventually turned annoying as fuck. I’d manage to take down an enemy or two, think things were going to be ok, and the game would crash. This happened at least three times before I figured something was borked in the game and this wasn’t just a random crash. By the time I successfully won the battle, I was annoyed enough to put the game down for the day.

Is your Divinity: Original Sin II crashing on Bloodmoon Island?

For anyone else searching for a reason why your game keeps crashing on Bloodmoon Isle during a fight (near the hatch next to the waypoint) with a couple of dogs, a demon, and two squids… move all the corpses off the stone stairway before the fight. If the NPCs are aggro, your best bet is to use someone with a teleport spell, otherwise you can trigger a fight if the toon gets too close. There’s at least four corpses to move out of the way, just stick them in the woods, and don’t fight near them. You’re welcome.

Shawshank has work tonight. I plan to spend a few hours scheduling Fansly content. Saturday, I uploaded about 100 pics, and I sent another 15 video clips into the vault this morning. I’ll probably stick some stuff on the OnlyFans as well, as I seem to have a dude who likes to buy random clips. Depending on how chatty I am, I’ll stream while I schedule shit for “accountability”.
