Oh, hello. Didn’t see you there. It’s Monday, and I’m awake and subject to all the happy horseshit that goes with that state of being.

We finished up the weekend with the usual stuff: the weekly puttering and laundry. Shawshank made us brunch. It was delicious. I planned to play Just Dance while he cooked, but never got the chance. The first time I considered playing, Shawshank wasn’t quite cooking yet. A little while later and it was too late to make it worth it. Yes, I can play while he’s in the same room. I’ve done it, but I don’t like an audience. This goes for anything- poi, wand, etc. We brought my new wand over to Shady Acres (since they paid half). I know Shawshank expected more than 15-20 seconds of wobbling it. I can’t focus on what I’m doing because I’m too worried about what people think.

I’ve spent the last week laughing at the Just Dance subreddit. Lately, it’s been nothing but people bitching. The last “season” of the game finished on the 20th, but in Ubisoft’s world that means the seasonal songs are only available until the 19th. Season end, there’s a known issue with the game’s home screen throwing up errors for a few days. Almost every post for two days was about the error, because no one actually read the sub’s posts. The errors have been resolved, so those posts have been replaced with speculation over the next season. Mostly, however, we’re back to the regularly scheduled complaints about the differences between the game’s two different online services. Amusingly enough, someone (not me) posted a rant about how all these complaints are from people who didn’t research the game at all.

Today, I plan to put on some clothes and do some stuff. I’m in a “lose myself in some music” state of mind today.
