Good morning, world. The whole fam is up. Podrick woke me around 6am, crawling under the quilt. After momentarily waking Shawshank up because I thought we’d missed an alarm (we didn’t), Pod and I curled up together. He really likes sleeping under there with us. Shawshank pressed his face against my arm and made kissy sounds, and Podrick slapped him.
The power came back yesterday morning. We haven’t heard any good gossip about what might have caused the outage, but I choose to believe it was supernatural causes. Substation poltergeists. Eventually, Shawshank went out to procure some coffee for us. And naturally, that’s when the power came back.
I did some editing and scheduling things yesterday. Monday is the Audrey system’s weekly dump, so I did a little bit of maintenance, mostly deleting promos that weren’t being pushed anymore. Fansly made a change that lets creators hide their promo from their regular profile; naturally, chaos has ensued. If it doesn’t just have a box to tick that says “FYP ONLY”, then it obviously won’t do the trick. Why? Because some of these creators are FUCKINGDUMB.
Shawshank has today off. Last night was the only closing shift, which means we get to spend the week relaxing together. I’m going to put on some clothes, because the thrift shop is open today.
