It’s Wednesday, it’s cold, and my allergies are destroying my face. Once again, my tea just isn’t enough. I’m tired, and I don’t look forward to work in this barely-caffeinated state. Mal, bless his simple little heart, is meowing at the dining room table again. The weekend is almost here.
We received the first batch of forms from the agent yesterday morning. Three out of the four have been electronically signed and returned. The last one is the disclosure form, which is six pages long with about 200 items to be checked off. Fortunately, I was able to find the original disclosures paperwork. As long as nothing holds up the photos on Saturday and that last form, the house will be officially up for sale on Monday.
Now, the next phase of all this shit: OPERATION KEEP THE HOUSE CLEAN. It will be a challenge, for sure. Sadly, I am an astoundingly bad housekeeper. I’m trying to be better about it. I tell myself that the tidier I keep things, the faster the house might sell.
It can’t happen quick enough. The quicker I can leave the pharmacy, the better. I don’t want to be anywhere near a pharmacy when the Covid-19 vaccines are available to the general public. If I’m still around in the first phase, when healthcare workers can receive it, I’ll take it. I mean, I’m not stupid.
But deal with the rest of the public?
Not a fucking chance.
Oh well. it’s time to get ready for work. It’s a split shift with StressedRPh and the new guy. We did pretty well and finished everything up last night. I don’t expect things to be too bad today. Shawshank has a late night, since it’s “wine and design” night. It’ll be just me and the kitties while I tidy up The Pink Room and upstairs bedrooms. The house is almost for sale, gotta make it look good.
Enjoy your day, everyone.
Hope you enjoy your day ☺
