WP Prompt of the Day: What does it mean to be a good person?
A good person? In the year of our Lord, 2026, I’m not even sure that fucking exists anymore. Good and kind and nice are three entirely different things, and pandemic ruined a lot of people.
Hello, world. It’s a sunny fucking Wednesday in TinyTown. It’s taken him a full 18 months, but I think Podrick has figured out he can sleep on the bed with us. Most of the time, he still insists on chest cuddles before he’ll go back to the foot of the bed, but he did curl up next to me for a few minutes. It’s a start. If only he understood the lumps under the blanket are Shawshank‘s legs and didn’t step on him.
I need a good stream tonight, last night was awful. My ranking was in the toilet for the majority of the night. Somewhere under the toilet, actually. I think I need to mute at least one of the dudes who’s been in lately, because I don’t want to deal with him. Chaturbate recently added a chat translation feature, which is fucking great. I use a bot in chat that blocks demands (and subsequently a load of free dirty talk), but it only works for demands made in English. The bot sees non-English and ignores it, then Chaturbate translates it and now I have some random German dude begging me to put the camera to my lips so he can kiss me. The dude who fancies himself a writer is just as bad. He claims to be an erotic author, begging me to send him a private message so he can send me stories. His chats in English, but because his bullshit is so obsequious, it gets through the bot. He should be muted as well.
On a positive note, I pared down one of my always-on overlays in OBS. It looks great, and I can see it better, which was the whole point. I think I might change the font a little. I swapped out the old overlay after a break yesterday, and I’ll tweak the new one a little before I log in this afternoon. Last night was also the first time testing out the new tracker. One of the APIs logs everything: user entries/exists, tips, every message sent, room title changes, all of it. I trimmed down that import because I don’t need quite that much data. Between the three APIs, I should have a pretty good idea of what’s happening in my room, and when. I just need to build a display for it.
