Good morning, it’s Friday, and it looks like a pretty average day out there. I’ve been awake; Podrick snuggled a bunch, and kept me warm. He ran off when Shawshank moved a bit too much and startled him. Pippin came up and played Queen of the Mountain on Shawshank. Pod watched for half a minute, but couldn’t handle Pippin being that close and chased her away. At some point, I took a foot to the face and was clawed again. I put him in the living room, brought Pippin in the bedroom, and closed the door. Pippin curled up between us.
We had a nice day off together. We played games for the afternoon, playing Balatro and NieR:Automata. We took a quick break to go out to the secondhand shop, where Shawshank bought me a romper and some hot rollers. The games continued when we returned home. Shawshank made us burgers for dinner, then we watched some wrestling and played more Balatro. He played on the Switch for a little while, trying on the Plasma Deck on my profile since he hasn’t unlocked it yet.
I assume today will be pretty similar. I tried the hot rollers, but they didn’t come with the clips, which I didn’t notice until I heated everything up. I’m hoping I can find some at the dollar store when we’re shopping in Slightly BiggerTown tomorrow. The weather isn’t nearly as warm as it has been this week, so I’m enjoying a snuggly sweater and leggings, and I’ll work on doing what needs to be done with this week’s content.
