Rebooting, reselling, and defrosting

It’s Saturday, and I’ve got a long list of shit to do over this weekend. I’m determined to make this place look like a fucking house again, instead of the scene of a police raid.

I’m speaking from experience here.

It’s mostly little things that need to get picked up. There’s a lot of things to either put away and dealt with later, or thrown out this week. My main problem is trying to find places for the things in both piles. Trash pickup is Wednesday, so I’ll only have to dodge extra piles for a couple of days.

The afternoon is supposed to be nicer than the first half of the day. I’ll have a chance to take some more pictures of things for eBay and other various marketplaces. A couple of auctions are ending this weekend, and I want to get some of the bigger furniture-type things out of the house this week. For that to happen, I need to make an effort to get them online. It’s tedious, and that’s why I procrastinate so much when it comes to doing it, but it needs to get done.

But then… after this morning’s long workout and today’s work on The Great Sort, it’s #selfcaresaturday. I think I might make myself a chicken fajita bowl, or burgers. I’ve got plenty of time to decide and defrost.
