I’m out of the house and I’m barely awake, but it’s ok because:
- I’m not driving
- I’m armed with my one piece of Florida mail to prove residency to attempt to get a covid vaccine
Will it work? Who knows. It’s worth trying though.
Easter dinner went ok. I was slightly disappointed in how my sweet potatoes turned out, but that was because I made too much glaze that didn’t really glaze up properly. Then, I made a streusel topping for it, but it just melted. I ended up with just an extra stick of butter in the pan. No one complained, but I knew it wasn’t right.
My mother plans on doing yard work today. I’m not sure how this will pan out. Probably as well as last week’s plans.
